As you progress through your Apprenticeship, you will have more focus on the building of your own Portfolio. It is intended that your lead the Portfolio process, and that you are in the driving seat of planning for, conducting, gathering evidence, and producing the Portfolio piece itself. This is something that you need to be doing with your employer and trainer so that they can support you and help you build the best, most varied, and most representative Portfolio possible.
Remember, the Portfolio is you setting the scene for your Assessor so that they can know the real you before meeting you at your Professional Discussion.
